Cancellation: Customers may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.

Late Cancellation: Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Cleaner 4 Hire is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

Damage or Loss: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your property, Cleaner 4 Hire is not liable for any damage or loss to items or property during the cleaning process.

Insurance: Cleaner 4 Hire maintains insurance coverage to address any claims arising from its negligence in accordance with UK law.

We respect your privacy and will not disclose any customer information to third parties without your consent. Our Privacy Policy details our data handling practices in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act.

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice.

Cleaner 4 Hire is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes or claims arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
